The purpose of this call is to provide program updates for the HUD Installation Program and Dispute Resolution Program. It also allows industry members to speak directly to HUD and SEBA staff. This call will focus on retailer responsibilities and requirements, along with a brief overview of the Dispute Resolution Program.
